    Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    • Orders that are more than 30 days old are not eligible for return or refund.

    • Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original components, accessories, and packaging (not including the shipping container).

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of misuse.

    • Items with missing parts, components, or accessories.

    • Returns submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.

    Restocking Fee

    All approved returns are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the applicable $15.00 restocking fee.

    We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

    This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the car seat holster mounting system (the "Product") under normal use. "Normal use" is defined as hand-tightening the Product onto a compatible vehicle seat structure according to provided instructions.

    2. Warranty Period

    This warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the first end-user purchaser.

    3. What We Will Do

    If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, the seller will, at their sole discretion, either:

    • Replace the defective Product with a new unit.

    • Refund the original purchase price of the Product.

    4. What is NOT Covered

    This limited warranty does not cover any damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from:

    • Third-Party Hardware: Any holsters, mounting systems, firearms, or other accessories attached to the Product.

    • Improper Installation or misuse: Damage caused by over-tightening with mechanical tools, cross-threading, or mounting to incompatible surfaces including but not limited to denting, chipping, or shearing.

    • Altered Use: Modifications, alterations, or use outside of intended vehicle interior environments.

    • Vehicle and Property Damage: Any damage caused by the Product to the vehicle's interior, including but not limited to the upholstery, leather, fabric, seat structure, stitching, or plastic trim.

    5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied. The seller specifically disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

    The seller's maximum liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. The seller is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory (including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or the loss of use of the product).

    6. How to Get Service and Inspection Process

    To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact the seller via the website “Contact us" page with proof of purchase and clear photographs or video showing the claimed defect.

    All claims are subject to inspection and approval by the seller. In many cases, a determination can be made using the provided digital images. However, the seller reserves the right to require the physical return of the product for a hands-on evaluation before a final replacement or refund is approved.

    If a physical return is requested by the seller:

    • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item for inspection.

    • If the defect is verified upon physical inspection to be a covered manufacturing or material failure, a replacement or refund will be issued according to Section 3.ext goes here

  • 1. User Responsibility & Firearm Safety
    By purchasing and using this Product, the buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and operation of any firearm used in conjunction with this system. The buyer agrees to follow all basic rules of firearm safety at all times. The seller is not responsible for any accidental or negligent discharges, injuries, or deaths resulting from the use or misuse of a firearm with this Product.

    2. Holster Requirement, Compatibility, and Retention
    This Product is a mounting system only and does not include a firearm holster. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to procure and utilize a high-quality, reliable, and properly fitting holster designed specifically for their firearm model. The holster used must completely cover and protect the firearm's trigger guard to prevent accidental discharge. Do not use this Product with ill-fitting, damaged, or unsecure holsters.

    • Retention Recommendation: While this mounting system is designed to hold under everyday driving conditions, a motor vehicle accident or collision involves extreme, violent forces. The use of a Level 2 holster (or any holster utilizing a physical, active locking mechanism) is strongly recommended to prevent the firearm from becoming a dangerous projectile inside the cabin during a crash. While an active-retention holster is highly recommended for collision safety, it is not strictly required; however, the user assumes all liability for any injury or damage if a passive friction-retention holster fails to retain the firearm during an accident.

    3. Compliance with Local Laws
    The buyer is entirely responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the transportation, storage, and concealed or open carry of firearms inside a motor vehicle.

    4. Assumption of Risk
    Motor vehicle operations involve inherent risks. The buyer must ensure the Product and attached holster are securely mounted and do not interfere with the safe operation of the vehicle, pedals, steering, or airbag deployment zones. By installing this product, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the seller from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from vehicle accidents or firearm mishaps.
